• Most of our products are made-to-order or personalized.

• Once an order is placed, no cancellations, returns, or refunds are allowed unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• You must upload or provide the correct photos/text during checkout. We are not responsible for mistakes caused by wrong information submitted by the customer.

• By uploading a photo, providing text, or placing a custom order, you grant Tohfalaya the non-exclusive right to use your submitted content (images, videos, testimonials) for:

  • Advertisements and promotional campaigns

👉 If you do not want us to use your content for marketing, you must clearly inform us via email or WhatsApp at the time of placing the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India using trusted courier partners.

• Delivery timelines are usually 4-7 working days post-dispatch.

• Delays due to courier services, weather, or other force majeure events are not in our control.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Product Policy

• If the product is damaged in transit or if you receive the wrong product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and pictures.

• Eligible cases will receive a replacement (not refund).
