✅ Conditions for Returns:

  1. Eligible Returns:
    We only accept returns for items that have been damaged during transit by the courier.

  2. Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
    To be eligible for a return or replacement, please record a continuous unboxing video—starting from the sealed outer poly bag to the final product. This video must clearly show the entire opening process and any visible damage.

  1. Step 1 – Record the Unboxing:
    Ensure the video includes the parcel label and captures the opening process in full.

  2. Step 2 – Contact Us within 24 Hours:
    Email us at contact@tohfalaya.in or tohfalaya@gmail.com, and share the video with a brief description of the issue.

  3. Step 3 – Review & Resolution:
    Our team will review your video. If the damage is confirmed to be courier-related, we’ll offer a replacement or refund based on availability and your preference.


📦 Important Notes:

  1. No Return Without Video Proof:
    Returns will not be accepted without proper, unedited unboxing video proof.

  2. Shipping Delays:
    In case of courier delays, kindly inform us. We will assess the situation and decide—based on the case—whether a refund or replacement is appropriate. Your cooperation means everything to us.

  3. We Always Quality Check:
    Every product is checked and packed with full care before dispatch.

  5. Wrong Address Disclaimer:
    If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address and the product doesn’t reach you, we will not be liable for a refund.

  6. RTO (Return to Origin) Cases:
    If the product returns to us because it wasn’t accepted or the address was incorrect, the customer must pay the RTO and re-dispatch charges before resending the product.
