Tohfa Laya Shipping and Returns
1.) Tohfa Laya delivers free shipping anywhere in India.
2.) Generally, it takes 3-5 working days for the client to receive the parcel after it leaves our warehouse.
3.) Tohfa Laya has partnered with all leading courier companies for the shipment of our products
there by ensuring safe delivery at the user’s doorstep.
4.) Normally Tohfa Laya provide FREE SHIPPING all over India but if the overall weight of the parcel
goes above 2 kg, the user has to bear the shipping charges.
5.) During the holiday period, there may be delay in processing and dispatching.
6.) We deal in many handmade products and different product takes different time in making. Tohfa Laya will communicate the tentative time for order completion at the time of placing the order.
7.) Tohfa Laya even offers international shipping. However, the user has to bear the complete shipping
charges for all international shipping. Generally, the processing time for international shipping is 5 – 7
working days. The charges of shipping and delivery time will vary on the location and the courier
company used.
8.)We generally use ARAMEX/ FEDEX/ BLUEDART/DELHIVERY for international shipping, but still not guarantee any
time frame for delivery as custom clearance is included in the same.
9.) The user can track the parcel with the consignment number given to the user after dispatching the
order which will be communicated over phone/email after dispatch.
1.) TohfaLaya makes all efforts to ensure precise packaging. However, due to unavoidable
circumstances if the item gets damaged during transit or wrong item is delivered, replacement of the
product will be done.
2.) Tohfa Laya will replace your order once it receives back the damaged product. Client needs to
courier us the damaged product after our confirmation and we will courier the replaced product on
receipt of the damaged product.
3.) In case the exact item for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible
alternatives. Acceptance is as per client discretion. We will issue full refund within 5-7 working days in
case of client denial.
4.) If the item is sent to us for replacement /return without our confirmation, Tohfa Laya is not liable
for any refund/replacement.
5.) If the order is confirmed from our side and we are not able to process the order, due to some calamity
